About Us

Our Story

Just over a year ago (2019), we were fascinated with the idea of delivering quality training in a comfortable environment where students are motivated to learn and felt the confidence to make a difference in someone’s life one day.

What followed was a year of research, talking to current students helped us discover where their drive came from to acquire new skills.

What we discovered was actually very simple.

If as your trainer, we put in our own effort to encourage you the student, then your training aspirations will most certainly become a reality.

One key aspect to making this happen is for us to establish a training environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to learn.

With this in mind, we started First aid Masters – a unique training space where students come to learn, enjoy their experience and felt accomplished. A place where training is interactive, comfortable and confident – we believe every student learns at their own pace.

Unlike other large training organisations and RTO’s, we are a small registered education training company comprising of a team of two local Canberra Registered Nurses who are passionate about providing quality education.

We as trainers know exactly what the learners are looking for and with our background as highly skilled Intensive care nurses and experience as VET trainers, you or your organisation is sure to get what you are looking for in a training company.
